40th Freda Barnard Gala
10 of our swimmers recently competed at the 3-day Freda Barnard gala in Oudtshoorn. Despite chilly water and blazing hot sunny days, all our swimmers swam well to bag PB's. Special congrats to Andrei dos Santos & Hannah Witten who won silver & bronze medals in their 200 fly, 400 free & 200m breast events.
Spirits were high and much fun was had by all!
