Aqua Sharks Academy is located on the Atlantic Seaboard at the heated and enclosed 25m Wendy Way Aquatic Centre at Camps Bay Primary School.

We welcome swimmers from age 3 and up, introducing them to the world of swimming in a full-sized pool. Our program guides swimmers through every stage—from learn-to-swim and stroke development, to age-group training, club-level swimming, and ultimately national and international competition.

Combining a variety of coaching methods and styles, we focus on doing the right things at the right time. Our goal is to keep swimmers engaged, passionate, and committed to the sport for long-term participation and success.

Britt trained under renowned coaches Karoly von Toros and Brian Button, and has held Masters records in the 100 and 200 Breaststroke, as well as the 200 Individual Medley. With over 20 years of experience in teaching and coaching, she co-owned Aquabats Swim School before transitioning into adult triathlon and swim coaching. In 2021, Britt took over Aqua Sharks Academy from Csanad Feldhausz.

Known for her hands-on approach, Britt leads by example—regularly competing alongside her swimmers and athletes in triathlon and swim events. She is a strong advocate for long-term participation in sport, a philosophy that has sustained her passion for swimming and athletics throughout her life.
